       Terms & Conditions

  • Prior to making deal with us, every customer is required to submit a copy of their authentic identity proof (voter card, PAN card, driver’s license or an Aadhar car).
  • To avoid suffering from the incidences of room unavailability during peak seasons and enjoy early bird offers, we highly advice our customers to make a booking four to two weeks prior to the date of arrival.
  • Once the booking request is processed, the customer is required to make the payment to confirm his/her booking with us.
  • The customer shall be subjected to no refund in case he fails to show up on the date of arrival without any prior notice.
  • In case the customer wants to cancel his confirmed booking, a compensation charge will be levied by the hotel which will be determined on the basis of how early or late a cancellation request has been submitted.
  • The cancellation request must be in a written form, and should be addressed to the hotel.
  • The standard hotel check-in time is 12 pm.
  • The standard hotel check-out time is 11 am.
  • If the customer fails to check-out before 11 am, she/he will be charged with additional charges for the day.
  • If the check-out time exceeds 12 pm, the customer will be subjected to pay the full amount for an additional day.
